Child trafficking is a major issue in and around Dhaka, Bangladesh. With a population of over 21 million, many children in the surrounding areas find themselves in dangerous and abusive situations, neglected with no parental support. The Home of Hope Orphanage has rescued children from hopeless circumstances for over 30 years. These children come with severe medical and dental needs. Security of children and staff is necessary.

Home of Hope is expanding services available to the children, and that is where you come in! The project includes a dental and medical suite remodel, new dental equipment, and a 12 foot security wall to surround their property.

The Home of Hope Dental/Medical Clinic will keep the children healthy and safe. A state of the art medical and dental suite will be built in the existing building. 

This is YOUR opportunity to help BUILD HOPE in Bangladesh while building relationships with the children and staff!  This team will be led by Rob and Sally Puleo who are very involved with Home of Hope.

Trip Cost: $2,100*

• Trip cost includes all in-country meals, lodging, and transportation, travel insurance, sight-seeing excursion, t-shirt, and hat.

Not Included:

• *Airfare is not included in the trip cost. Please contact Betsy Martin at betsy@buildersintl.org or 417-582-0003 to coordinate airfare.  Payment for airfare is due at the time of booking the ticket. The team will fly from JFK airport.
• Fees for checked bags.
• Any pre-travel Covid testing.
• Required tourist visa.  $160 application fee.

Payments:

• Deposit of $200 is due with registration.
• Final payment of $1,900 due September 30.
• Payment for your plane ticket is due at the time of booking the ticket.
