Join the team from James River Church in Ozark, Missouri as they embark on an exciting opportunity into the jungle of Brazil to build a church for a community along the Amazon River. The team will be led by Chuck Greenaway and David Vogenthaler.
The trip will start with a day of sight-seeing in Manaus and end with a lively Brazilian church service. The next day the team will board a riverboat that will become your home while you travel along the Amazon River to the destination where you will spend the next few days building a church. There will be nightly services and ministry opportunities with the people from the community where you will be staying. You will also have ample opportunities to swim, fish and relax as you spend the week living along the Amazon River.
Can’t join the team but still want to minister to the community they will be building hope in? You can help the team purchase water filters to distribute while they are in Brazil!

Trip cost: $2,935
A $200 non-refundable deposit will hold your place on this trip.
Trip cost includes airfare, in country meals, lodging and transportation as well as travel insurance and visa.
Payments:
- A deposit of $200 is due by July 1st, 2018
- Second payment of $1100 is due by August 20th, 2018
- Final payment of $1635 is due by October 10th, 2018
