Now more than ever, people need a place to find hope!
One year after the dedication of church #1 of 100 in Uruguay, missionaries Steve and Jill McCarthy were back in the Flor de Maronas community to celebrate the church’s one year anniversary.
“In one year, the church saw 124 salvations, multiple baptism services, and a vision to continue reaching their community!” – Steve McCarthy
In just over a year, 12 churches have been built throughout the atheistic country of Uruguay! That is 12 communities where God’s word is moving forward and the kingdom is being advanced…12 communities with a place to find hope!!
2020 was the year of learning to navigate a new way of life…life during a pandemic.
Government shutdowns – job loss – material supply shortages – price increases – travel restrictions.
How do we keep projects moving forward to completion to empower our effective ministry leader partners, like Steve and Jill?
We believe a global pandemic shouldn’t impact the effectiveness of your giving!
The world may be experiencing global supply chain issues…but God’s supply chain is fully operational!
Thanks to your continued support during this season, projects are moving forward and continue to be finished around the world…Belgium, Brazil, Ecuador, Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, Liberia, Mexico, Nepal, Panama, Peru, Rwanda, Spain, Ukraine, and Uruguay!
Lessons learned as a result of the pandemic led us to our latest initiative, Project Shovel-Ready, which is designed to ensure that projects poised to advance the gospel move forward to completion.
Project Shovel-Ready empowers effective leaders of growing ministries around the world by finishing projects that are advancing the gospel now!
Would you consider a year-end gift to help us meet the Project Shovel-Ready goal of $75,000? Your generosity will empower effective ministry leaders like these around the world…
Vanuatu: On a remote island where cannibalism was only outlawed in the 1980s!
>>>Effective Ministry Leaders: Sam and Lisa Paris are bringing hope to the lost and impacting the entire island of Tanna. The Tanna Mission Center will serve as the launching point for ministry on the island of Tanna, throughout Vanuatu, and beyond!
Nicaragua: Casa de Mi Gloria Church has planted 10 campuses, serving more than 3,000 people on any given Sunday in the 2nd poorest country in the western hemisphere.
>>>Effective Ministry Leaders: Nathan and Christine Alfaro pastor this thriving church and have recently planted a church in Nindiri. They have begun construction and need help finishing their first permanent facility.
