Airport Arrival Tips
Upon exiting the airport go straight to the outside pick-up area and look for the Builders International sign. There you will be greeted by our very own John Sims or Jeremy Godwin. It is a 50-minute complimentary transfer ride to the hotel. Restroom stops are recommended prior to exiting the airport.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9TH
Welcome Reception
Kick off the week at our Welcome Reception, 6:00-700 PM in the Courtyard! There will be mocktails and appetizers served. Then enjoy a wonderful dinner at one of the many fabulous resort restaurants.
Evening resort attire required.

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10TH
Golf
Playa Mujeres Golf Club https://www.golfplayamujeres.com/ Shotgun start at 8:30 AM.
Information regarding your assigned team will be available at hotel check-in. Enjoy a quick breakfast and reserved seating at Market Café. Café opens at 7:00 AM or the hotel coffee shop that is open 24hours! Complimentary transfers will leave from the hotel lobby starting at 7:00 AM. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase from the beverage cart at the golf course. The cost for golf club rentals range between $89-$99.
SheBUILDS Breakfast
Calling all ladies! Join Laci Moore and the SheBUILDS Team for a special private breakfast at the Ballroom Playa Blanca 4 & 5, at 9:00 AM! You don’t want to miss this!
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11TH
Grand Gala
The Grand Gala is an elegant black-tie optional event! This is your night to shine in sleek, sophisticated attire. Join us at 6:00 PM at the Playa Blanca 3-5 ballroom for delightful mocktails and photo opportunities, followed by the elegant Gala Dinner.
Women: Embrace the elegance of formal, cocktail, or midi dresses.
Men: Look sharp in a tuxedo, suit, or sports coat.

Enjoy the luxurious amenities at the five-star resort.
*Due to logistical complications, the island excursion has been canceled, please enjoy free time and connect with friends.
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13TH
Checkout & Departure
Important! Please note…Due to a 2 lane road with no detour options,the transfer company requires the pickup to be 4 hours prior to airline departure time.

Spa: If you chose spa as your excursion, you’ll receive a $300 spa credit. Please book your spa appointments ASAP! You can view the Secrets Spa Menu here. To make your reservations call the following number and ask to be connected to the SPA 011 52 998.689.3800 or email Carlos Ricano, Spa Manager at carlos.ricano@secretsresorts.com. When making your reservation, mention “Builders International Surf & Turf.” Ladies, if you are scheduling your spa for Tuesday, be sure not to book it until after 12:00 PM so you don’t miss the SheBUILDS breakfast. Also, do not book a spa within 3 hours of the 6pm Gala on Wednesday. Arrive 1 hour prior to your treatment to enjoy the hydrotherapy. Please be prepared to tip which is not included in your spa credit. You can pay the tip in cash or charge it to your room.
Tip Money: Even though the resort is all-inclusive, we always promote generous tipping around the hotel. Please bring cash with you. We are covering the cost of the hotel transfers, but please tip your driver and any staff who go above and beyond for you.
