Surf & Turf Cancellation Policy

At Builders International, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from attending Surf & Turf after registering.

Please note that we are typically under a full cancellation penalty with the resort within 60 days of the event. In light of this, and in keeping with the mission of Surf & Turf — to raise critical funds for shovel-ready, hope-giving projects — we kindly request one of the following if you’re unable to attend and need to cancel within 60 days of the event date:

1. Send a different guest: You may send a replacement couple from your organization to participate in your place.
2. Make a Donation: Alternatively, we ask for a minimum donation of at least $5,000, up to the full pledge amount you intended to give at the event.

Your generosity will ensure the continued success of our mission to build hope where it’s needed the most.
