Surf & Turf 2025 is almost here and we can’t wait to see you at the charming Hacienda del Mar Los Cabos resort!

Please read everything below and share it with your spouse!

Airport Arrival Tips

You will exit the airport through double doors into the outside pick-up area. Continue straight ahead to tent #10 where you will be greeted by our very own Jeremy Godwin or one of our other representatives. Look for the Builders International sign. It is a 60-minute complimentary transfer ride to the hotel. Restroom stops are recommended prior to exiting the airport. If you have any problems or complications with your transfer please call Jeremy Godwin 931.981.2002

The VIP Turf – Monday, February 10th

Quivira Golf Club! Tee-Times starts @ 9:00 AM.

Information regarding your assigned team will be available at golf course check-in. A complimentary shuttle will leave from the lobby at 8:00 AM. Food and drinks will be provided at the golf course.

Caddie Tip: Please plan to tip your golf caddie a minimum of $30 cash/per player. (Credit cards not accepted.)

Not golfing: Enjoy your time exploring the all-inclusive, beautiful Pacifica Resort! 

After golfing there will be a shuttle to take you to Hacienda Del Mar.

Welcome Dinner: Festive Mexican Theme – Monday, February 10th  

Kick off the week with a vibrant and festive evening under the stars at our Welcome Dinner, 7:00 PM at La Plazuela Courtyard! We’re embracing the colorful spirit of Mexico, so get ready to dress in your best Mexican Fiesta attire.

Women: Think bright, bold dresses, embroidered blouses, colorful skirts or pants, and floral prints. Pair with fun accessories like statement jewelry or woven bags!

Men: Go for colorful button-down shirts, casual linen pants, or even a charro jacket for a true fiesta vibe.

SheBUILDS breakfast – Tuesday, February 11th

Calling all ladies! Join Laci Moore and the SheBUILDS Team for a special private breakfast at the Palapa Fiesta Restaurant at 9:00 am! You don’t want to miss this!

The Turf: Golf – Tuesday, February 11th

Solmar Golf Course! Shotgun starts @ 8:00 AM.

Information regarding your assigned team will be available at golf course check-in. Complimentary transfers will leave from the hotel lobby 6:30 AM. Lunch, drinks, and snacks will be provided at the golf course. The cost for golf club rentals is $79.

The Surf: Fishing – Wednesday, February 12th

This year’s fishing event will be a fun and challenging Marlin & Mahi-Mahi team tournament! Each fisherman/fisherwoman on the winning boat will be awarded with an amazing gift! The winning boat captain and crew will walk away with a cash prize, which will keep things interesting and competitive! We ask that each person fishing bring a $100 cash (no credit cards) tournament fee. This will be collected as you board the bus when we head to the marina on Wednesday morning.

We will have non-drowsy dramamine for you to take the evening before and the morning of fishing. Those fishing will meet in the lobby at 5:45 AM sharp for a 6:00 AM departure! Please remember to bring polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, and a fully charged phone for photos. Each person will receive a fishing shirt and hat. Drinks and snacks will be provided on the boat.

Not golfing or fishing? Indulge in a luxurious spa treatment, relax and enjoy the beachfront infinity pool, or read a book under a palm tree.

Grand Gala – Wednesday Evening, February 12th

The Grand Gala is an elegant black-tie optional event! This is your night to shine in sleek, sophisticated attire. Join us at 6:15 PM at the convention center for a delightful mocktail with photo opportunities, followed by the elegant Gala Dinner.

Women: Embrace the elegance of formal, cocktail, or midi dresses.

Men: Look sharp in a tuxedo or dark suit, perfect for an evening of sophistication and style.

Cactus Spa:

Please book your spa appointments ASAP! You can view the Cactus Spa Menu here  (please note these are MXN prices, 1 USD = 20.8328 MXN). To make your reservations or for information call +1 844-323-2625 and ask to be transferred to the spa, or email the spa manager Fabiola: fcorrea@haciendadelmar.com.mx. When making your reservation, mention “Builders International Surf & Turf.” Ladies, if you are scheduling your spa for Tuesday, be sure not to book it until after 12:00 PM so you don’t miss the SheBUILDS breakfast. Arrive 1 hour prior to your treatment to enjoy the hydrotherapy. Please be prepared to tip which is not included in your spa credit. You can pay the tip in cash or charge it to your room.

Tip Money: Even though the resort is all-inclusive, we always promote generous tipping around the hotel. Please bring cash with you. There is not an ATM at the hotel, but they may give you cash for a 10% fee from your credit card. We are covering the cost of the hotel transfers, but please tip your driver and any staff who go above and beyond for you.
