What happens when you say YES…

An incredible team just returned from a trip to El Salvador—and one thing is clear: God meets people the moment they say yes.
Aidan, a college student on his first trip with Builders, almost didn’t go.
He said he “had zero construction experience” and didn’t know anyone on the team.
But that quickly changed.
“The team was so welcoming… everyone just meshed together,” he shared.
By the end of the trip, Aidan wasn’t just helping build a church—he was growing in his own faith.
“I started praying with more authority and deeper prayer.”
Here’s what other team members are saying:
“I went to be a blessing, but got way more than I gave.”
“I realized I need to say ‘yes’ so the Lord can do more in and through me.”
“We became more sensitive to hearing from the Lord and experienced Him in a new way.”
And the impact didn’t stop with the team.
A church now stands in a community that once met in a home—already growing and reaching more people.
This is what happens when people say yes—even when they feel unqualified.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
